How does the draw work?
Entering one of our competitions is easy. You just need to register and open your account, then follow the easy 3 steps.
- Pick your prize
- Answer the Skill question correctly and buy your ticket
- Receive your ticket and wait for the Live Draw.
Our competitions last for a fixed period. Details for each draw can be found on the Competition page on our website.
If the competition is not full, the timer will add some time in order for all the tickets to sell on the competition. This will happen a maximum of 4 times then if the competition is still not sold out a cash alternative will be awarded instead and only the people that have entered will go into the live draw. Somebody will always win each prize.
Each individual competition will close early if all the tickets are sold prior to the competition end date. In the event that the live draw is brought forward, all entries will be informed via their registered email address.
The prize draw will take place on the date stated in each competition details. The draw itself will be available to view on social media channels via a live stream. Winners will then be contacted and a record of the winner of each prize placed on the website.
The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Republic of Ireland, aged 18 years or over, except members of the immediate families or households of the promoter.
Yes, the Winner of the Competition will be chosen at random using a cloud-based third-party service (www.randomdraws.co.uk). Random Draws meet the requirements of the CAP Code with respect to the “randomness” of the draw process. The result and draw will be live-streamed.
Very Important! – You must enter the correct contact information, otherwise when you win you will not be able to claim your prize. We contact the winners using the information they provide to us upon registration.
We love to give away great prizes for free. These are free to enter competitions in which we giveaway a luxury designer item. The luxury item will be clearly displayed on the entry page as well as on the promotional material used by Bag Girls Club. Confirmation of your entry will also be confirmed and sent to you via email. Giveaways have no ticket prices as they are free to enter competitions.
Each individual competition will state the maximum amount of tickets that can be purchased on the competition entry page. As we want to give you the best chance of winning, each competition will vary so there is no set number across all. As a free entry competition, Free giveaways only allow one entry per person.
Because we act in accordance with the requirements set by the UK’s Gambling Commission, only correctly answered questions may be considered in the competition. Incorrect answers will not be considered for competition entry.
Bag Girls Club does not operate a lottery style draw. This is a skill based, prize competition and falls within the requirements set by the UK’s Gambling Commission. In order for you to enter the competition you must display a sufficient level of skill in order to correctly answer the question and only entrants with correct answers will be entered into the draw.
Absolutely not. We are a fully registered limited company in the UK , Genie Competitions (13068689), Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA. We run prize draws which are fully compliant with the Gambling act of 2005. We do all of the draws live for everyone to watch.

The maximum number of tickets for each competition are displayed in the draw details. This maximum number is fixed and will not change.
Once the payment process has been completed you will receive an email containing your ticket details.
Each competition has a fixed number of available tickets for purchase. Your chances of winning can be calculated from the number of tickets you have purchased from the overall number of tickets sold for each competition. The maximum number of tickets available for each competition is fixed and will not change once the competition is live.
You can view your tickets and transactions in the My Account section of the website.
Unfortunately not, the purchase of a ticket is final and cannot be either amended or withdrawn.

The cost of each ticket is clearly stated by each competition and won’t change during the sale period.
We use secure, encrypted connections across our website and do not hold your card details on our servers.
Competition Prize Details
Winners will be contacted using the email address and mobile number associated with your registered account. Please also check back on the website after each prize draw where the winner will also be featured.
We will contact the winners to arrange delivery of the prize
We aim to only provide the prize as advertised in our prize draws with no cash alternative. We may however offer you either cash or a voucher as a replacement for a prize. This is entirely at our discretion
To ensure transparency and compliance, we’ll need to take a photo of you and your prize to go onto the winners page of our website. That’s all we need from you.
Once the live draw has been completed the prize will be reserved for the winner for the period of 7 days (Freeze Period). The Freeze Period starts once the live draw is completed and any live stream has been ended. We will reach out to the winner of the competition but if for any reason we cannot get a hold of you, there will be a 7 day period in which you can contact us to claim the prize.
All items will come with the original receipt if there are any issues with these you will need to contact the item supplier directly to resolve the issue.
In the event we are unable to contact the original winner of the competition after the freeze period (see above for explanation), the original winner’s winning ticket number will be removed from the competition. After this there will be another live draw to determine the new winner of the competition. All remaining tickets holders will be informed via email in the event of a redraw.
